We founded Articon Build because the condo industry had a contractor problem.
General contractors were taking on condo projects without understanding how a condominium corporation actually works. The approval process, the reserve fund requirements, the board dynamics, the resident concerns. They treated condos like any other renovation job. Boards were frustrated. Deadlines were missed. Budgets were blown. We saw a gap and built a company specifically to fill it.

We work exclusively on condominium buildings. Nothing else.
No residential renovations. No commercial fit-outs. Just condos. That focus means every process we have, every proposal we produce, and every project we deliver is built around how condo boards make decisions and how property managers need things done.
